Services available for residents of CO/FL/NC/TX/VA. I strive to provide a welcoming, inclusive safe space for all. Regardless of family structure, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, race, or other minority status, you are welcome. People who come to me are often asking themselves: Will it ever get better? What's wrong with me? Who am I? Where did I come from? Is what happened to me violence?
Why did my family keep this secret? Why can't I get over 'it'? What do I do, now that I know the truth? I've spent my life overachieving, so why don't I feel better yet? How can I make big changes to reset my life?
I have extensive experience working with intimate partner violence and narcissistic abuse recovery, overachieving women who are exhausted and want big change, and traditionally marginalized people (BIPOC/LGBTQ/etc). I am adopted/reunited and see people affected by family secrets, adoption/foster care, pre & post adoption search/reunion, and DNA discoveries
If you're telling yourself you should be able to get better on your own, that's actually not true. It's a made up rule you're telling yourself and it's rooted in stigma. Everybody needs some help sometimes! You don't have to do it alone. It’s not about what’s “wrong” with you – it’s about what happened to you.

My personal and professional experiences have helped me gain valuable insights into many social and cultural experiences that make us all diverse and unique. Some of the populations I’ve worked with include adults with mental health needs, individuals with disabilities, families in crisis, and children in foster care. My goal is to advocate for my client’s best interest and needs. I aim to be caring, compassionate, and committed. My approach in individual therapy is to provide an empathetic ear and to assist my clients through the therapeutic process. I believe the collaborative process between therapist and client can be healing.
Going through this journey can sometimes appear intimidating and scary but it is a journey we can go through together. I support and honor all individuals, cultures, and identities. I’m dedicated to promoting an environment that is safe, respectful, and inclusive. I look forward to working with you.

I am a bilingual, first-generation immigrant interested in diversity issues such as oppression, discrimination, and generational cultural challenges. I enjoy helping cross-culture individuals understand the stigma within communities when seeking mental health services.
I am honored to help individuals from different backgrounds unwrap and comprehend what causes the mind and body to be distressed. Once you can differentiate the trigger from reality as an event in time, you can begin to shift from crisis to safety - and find peace.
People who have experienced a traumatic event often experience difficulty with daily activities and personal interactions. You can learn how to manage your life and the challenges you face by applying the skills you learn in therapy. Together, we will move through the layers of pain, trauma, and discomfort you experience while providing a safe environment without judgment.
My areas of focus are trauma, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, adoption/foster care challenges, depression & anxiety, codependency, family conflict, isolation, grief/loss, abuse recovery, and racial injustice. I understand that some cultures direct people to ignore how they feel, or tell people they should feel differently because some people have it worse than them. But how you feel is very important, and you deserve the resources and opportunity to live a happier and more fulfilling life.

If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or coping with life stressors then I’m here to listen, support you, and help you create a plan to achieve your goals. You might not know exactly where you want to go but if you’re ready for a change, I want to help you get there.
My style is laid back and candid, and we’ll often laugh together during session. I want people to feel comfortable enough to be themselves, and I tend to build rapport with humor and understanding.
To me, the most important thing about therapy is for you to have a place that you feel is safe - an outlet that is free of judgment but also a place of accountability and growth. Change can be difficult and scary at times and I would be honored to join you on this journey.
